Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you sign anything.

How does a truck dispatch service work?+

You sign a dispatch agreement and send us your MC authority, insurance, and W-9. Our dispatchers then search load boards and broker networks for loads that match your equipment, preferred lanes, and rate targets. We negotiate the rate, complete the broker setup paperwork, and send you the rate confirmation. You drive; we handle the phones and the paperwork.

Do you require forced dispatch?+

No. Every load we present is your call. If the rate or the lane doesn't work for you, you decline it and we keep looking. You stay in control of your truck and your schedule.

What equipment types do you dispatch?+

We dispatch dry van, reefer (temperature-controlled), and flatbed freight for owner-operators and small fleets operating anywhere in the continental United States.

What does dispatch cost?+

We work on a straightforward percentage-of-load basis — if we don't book you a load, you don't pay anything. Contact us for current rates; there are no sign-up fees or long-term lock-in contracts.

Can you help if I'm just getting my authority?+

Yes. New authorities are our specialty case: we help with broker packet setup, build your lane strategy, and pair dispatch with our financial consulting so your cost per mile and rate floor are right from week one.
